1. When using natural gas, pay attention to ventilation in all seasons, and people shall not stay away to prevent gas leakage caused by water overflow extinguishing the flame and causing accidents.

2. When the gas is stopped (or suddenly stopped unexpectedly), the valve of the gas appliance and the valve in front of the gas appliance must be closed. Before leaving home, going to bed, and seeing the gas stop notice, you must check whether the gas valve and the valve in front of the gas appliance are closed. Make sure to leave without fire on.

3. Do not stack inflammable, explosive, and other sundries in the room where gas facilities are installed. It is strictly prohibited to live and use other open fire facilities.

4. It is not allowed to dismantle, move, change, mobilize, occupy and block the closed natural gas pipeline facilities without permission. The gas pipeline shall not be used as the grounding of other electrical equipment, and shall be free of corrosion, damage, leakage, and heavy objects.

5. It is strictly prohibited to dig ditches, borrow soil, plant trees, construct buildings, stack materials, blast drilling and other behaviors within the safety range of natural gas facilities.

6. Natural gas customers shall first select qualified natural gas appliances. Liquefied gas and coal gas appliances shall not be used to replace natural gas appliances, and it is strictly prohibited to use gas appliances that have reached the service life (according to national regulations, the service life of gas appliances is eight years).

7. The rubber hose for connecting gas appliances shall use the special rubber hose for natural gas, which shall be replaced at least every 2 years; Both ends of the rubber hose shall be fixed with pipe clamps to prevent falling off; The length of rubber hose shall not exceed 2 m. It is strictly prohibited to use expired or inferior rubber hoses, and it is not allowed to pass through the wall and room. Please check regularly. If aging, cracking, scorching and rat and insect tooth bite marks are found, they shall be replaced immediately.

8. The correct way to check natural gas leakage is to smear soap-suds in the place where there may be gas leakage. The continuously bubbling point can be concluded as the leakage point. It is absolutely prohibited to use open fire to check the leakage.

9. In case of abnormality or leakage of indoor gas facilities or gas appliances, immediately close the valve, open the window for ventilation (it is absolutely forbidden to use the ventilator or range hood for ventilation), and prohibit all activities causing sparks (such as switching on and off electrical appliances, answering and making calls). And immediately notify the natural gas company to send personnel to inspect and repair.

10. Natural gas customers shall actively assist and cooperate with the natural gas company during the inspection, maintenance, and emergency repair of gas facilities.

11. Stealing gas and damaging gas facilities not only endanger life but also seriously violate the law.
