In the process of promoting the "Gas Penetration in Rural Areas" project, Henan Yutian combines the characteristics of each county and city to promote it in an orderly manner, forming a "multi-type, multi-featured" development path. By August 2021, Henan Yutian has incorporated 32 subsidiaries in various counties and cities in the Province, with project locations including Xuchang, Lankao, Weishi, Minquan, Yexian, Baofeng, Wugang, Jiaxian, Lushan, Songxian, Luoning, Xinye, Xichuan, Hebi, Taiqian, Qixian, Xingyang, Tongbai, Sanmenxia, Lushi, Xiyi, Zhengyang, Guangshan, Luoshan, Shangcheng, Huaibin, and Xin'an with a total of 2.21 million households signed up and nearly RMB 5 billion invested. The Company has installed more than 1.5 million households in the village, constructed more than 3,500 km of medium pressure gas pipeline outside the village, about 22,000 km of pipelines in the village, covered about 900,000 households, and gave gas to 400,000 households cumulatively. Township residents have opened a clean and convenient new life of using natural gas like urban residents.
With the popularization of natural gas in villages and towns, while enjoying easy cooking, the popularization of heating products such as gas appliances, water heaters, and wall-mounted gas boilers has been promoted. This combines expanding consumption with improving people's living quality, gives full play to the consumption potential of counties and townships, improves the living standards and quality of township residents, realizes the demands of the government for the construction and development of townships, the long-term layout of enterprises, and the three wins of the masses, the government and enterprises.
At the same time, rural gas construction has also created superiority conditions for attracting investment in various townships. Compared with coal, natural gas has the advantages of clean and environmental protection, high calorific value, stable supply, and low price, which can meet the demand for a large amount of gas by enterprises such as agricultural product processing, aquaculture, and manufacturing. "Gasification" has become one of the key factors for enterprises to land in counties.
The "Gas Penetration in Rural Areas" project has effectively improved the living conditions and development foundation of townships and provided sufficient power for improving the infrastructure construction of townships, optimizing the development environment of townships, and realizing the prosperity of township industries.
