Henan Tian Lun Gas Group was established in 2002, which is one of earlier private enterprise to enter into the domestic urban gas business. The business scope of Tian Lun Gas covers urban gas operation, long-haul pipelines and industrial user gas supply, refilling stations operation and LNG plants business.

On 10 Nov, 2010, China Tian Lun Gas Holdings Limited (stock code: 1600HK) was listed at Hong Kong Exchange Main Board. After 8 years' development, Tian Lun Gas has transformed itself from a regional company with its foothold in Henan to a large corporation of being based in Henan and spreading to the whole China, with revenue and profit remain rapid increase.

In May, 2015, IFC and IFC Global Infrastructure Fund invested USD150, 000,000 to Tian Lun Gas and became the second largest shareholder of Tian Lun Gas.

Currently, Tian Lun Gas has successfully operated 60 urban gas projects, 51 gas refilling stations in operation and 2 LNG plants projects in 17 provinces.
